नीलकन्ठ- वाहनं द्विषद्भुजं किरीटिनं लोलरत्न- कुण्डल- प्रभाभिराम- षण्मुखम् । शूल- शक्ति- दण्ड- कुक्कुटाक्षमालिका- धरं बालमीश्वरं कुमारशैल- वासिनं भजे ॥ १॥
वल्लि- देवयानिका- समुल्लसन्तमीश्वरं मल्लिकादि- दिव्यपुष्प- मालिका- विराजितम् । झल्लरी- निनाद- शङ्ख- वादनप्रियं सदा पल्लवारुणं कुमारशैल- वासिनं भजे ॥ २॥
षडाननं कुंकुम- रक्तवर्णं महामतिं दिव्य- मयूर- वाहनम् । रुद्रस्य- सूनुं सुर- सैन्य- नाथं गुहं सदा शरणमहं भजे ॥ ३॥
मयूरादि- रूढं महावाक्य- गूढं मनोहारि- देहं महच्चित्त- गेहम् । महीदेव- देवं महावेद- भावं महादेव- बालं भजे लोक- पालम् ॥ ४॥
