Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms to understand the current website, the use of its content and the limits of its calculation tools.
1. What these terms cover
These terms describe the current SudNadiAstro website, including Kundali exploration, Panchang and planetary tools, educational content, devotional selections, device-local features and contact links. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the calculation methodology. This is the first edition; features and published availability may change as the portal develops.
2. Calculation and content limits
The current astronomy and sidereal profile is labelled for comparison. Exact owner-approved Nadi settings, some event rules, festival occurrence dates, parana and regional observance conventions still require validation. Follow the status and method shown with each result. An editorial festival introduction is not a confirmed festival date or puja time. Unknown birth time limits Ascendant, house and fine-timing outputs.
3. Use interpretations responsibly
Astrological and devotional material presents traditional perspectives and educational explanations. It does not guarantee employment, marriage, financial gain or any other life event, and is not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Make personal decisions with appropriate real-world information and qualified advice where needed.
Student guidance and official information
Student Corner provides general educational information and prepared answers, not an individual assessment, admission decision, placement service or health treatment. Course eligibility, recognition, fees and examination requirements must be checked with current official notices and the relevant regulator. Resource links are independent services. Downloading a plan or preparing a personal enquiry does not book a counselling session or guarantee an admission, scholarship, reply time or job.
4. Your inputs, saved charts and files
Check birth date, time and place before using a chart. Enter someone else’s private details only with appropriate permission. Device-local charts are not a cloud backup and may be lost if browser storage is cleared. Downloaded reports and data files can contain personal details; you control copies saved or shared outside this website. Updating birth details creates a different calculation input.
5. Respect content and other visitors
Use the tools and reading material for lawful, respectful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, impersonate others, access information without permission or misrepresent comparison outputs as an endorsed final prediction. Original explanations, artwork and third-party components may have different rights and licences. Respect the source notes and applicable licences when reusing material.
Devotional text sources and downloads
Imported Wikimedia devotional texts are shared under CC BY-SA 4.0. Each reading shows its source revision, contributor history, licence and changes; text downloads include attribution. When redistributing these texts or adaptations, retain attribution, identify changes and follow the same licence. This licence applies to the identified imported texts, not automatically to all website code, images or original explanations. Readings retain their source language and may contain traditional variants; specialist review remains pending.
6. Services, payments and contact
The Free section offers self-service applications without payment or an account. The Paid section lists personal consultations and fees from the supplied service catalogue; confirm the fee, scope, availability and cancellation/refund terms directly before ordering. Preparing an enquiry does not place an order, reserve an appointment or confirm payment. Online checkout, subscriptions and automatic report delivery are not active. Forms offer direct Send enquiry through Cloudflare email delivery, an email-app draft, or a downloadable copy. Sending occurs only when you choose it. Email-service acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement or a response time.
7. Updates and questions
The last-updated date identifies this version of the terms. Material changes to services, data handling or commercial features should be reflected here before those features are activated. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@sudnadiastro.com or raised through the published Contact page. No business address, registration or professional endorsement should be inferred from the brand name alone.
