This policy explains what the current website does with information in your browser and what you choose to share when contacting SudNadiAstro.
Saving a chart, exporting a file and sending an email are separate actions under your control.

Free numerology details and card questions stay in the open page; they are not sent to a numerology, AI or geocoding service. Imported tools run in isolated local frames. Place lookup uses an offline Indian city list; manual coordinates and UTC offsets remain available. Detailed Kundli saving is an explicit device-only action under this website's storage prefix. Its saved data is included in device export and removed by Clear device data. Paid enquiry details remain temporary until you choose an email draft or download. No payment credentials, automatic FormSubmit submission, Google Translate embed, visitor counter or external script from the old package is activated.
1. Birth information and calculations
The Kundali form uses an optional display name, birth date, known or unknown birth time, selected Indian birthplace and any calculation settings you choose. These details are used to calculate and display a chart in your browser. The current chart is kept in browser session storage and route state to continue the workspace. This calculation flow does not automatically upload the birth payload to a chart API, account service or AI interpretation provider.
2. Information saved on your device
Choosing “Save on device” stores a chart snapshot in this browser’s local storage. Language, public Panchang city, time format, reading bookmarks, preparation checklist choices and local editorial drafts also use browser storage. A selected public date can be kept for the current session. Local storage remains until you delete it or the browser clears it; session data depends on the browser’s tab/session and restore behavior. There is no account-based sync or automatic cloud backup.
3. Search and public page addresses
Public search terms and filters can appear in the page address and browser history, along with public date/city settings. The chart form does not put a name, birth date, birth time or private chart data into a shareable page address. Public search indexes the website’s reading material and tools, not your saved charts or local drafts. Avoid entering personal details into the general public search field.
4. Email, phone and WhatsApp contact
Contact and paid-service forms send only when you choose Send enquiry. The supplied name, reply email, question, selected service or topic, and any consultation birth/contact details are processed by our Cloudflare Worker and emailed to our verified owner inbox. detail@sudnadiastro.com also forwards incoming enquiries to that inbox. Prashna asks for a randomly chosen number from 1–249 and does not collect birth details. Forms keep unsent entries only in the open page, not a customer database or browser storage. We do not log message bodies. Cloudflare processes request/IP metadata and rate limits requests to reduce abuse. Sent messages remain in the email services and owner inbox under their retention practices; closing the page does not delete sent email. Draft/download options do not send a message. A successful submission confirms acceptance by the email service, not inbox placement, an appointment or payment.
5. Student questions and planning
Student Corner searches prepared answers in the browser. Its search text is not put in the URL or sent to a counselling or AI service. The selected education stage can appear in the page URL. Action-plan entries stay only in the open page until you leave or reload; downloading creates a file on your device. We do not receive these entries. A personal enquiry is shared only when you choose Send enquiry or send it yourself through email or messaging. Students should avoid sharing identity documents, exact addresses or unnecessary private details.
6. Downloads, printing and shared devices
Chart JSON files, device-data exports, printed reports and downloaded enquiry drafts are created only when you request them. They may include personal details and remain outside website storage after download. Clearing this website’s data does not delete downloaded files, printed copies or messages sent through another service. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to open locally saved charts or drafts.
7. Tracking and third-party services
This edition includes no advertising trackers, visitor analytics, account sign-in, payment collection or automatic AI interpretation requests. Fonts and application assets are served with the website. Social profiles are ordinary links to Facebook, Instagram and X; the Instagram QR is an image served by this website. These links do not load a social feed or tracking embed on our pages. Opening a profile takes you to that platform, where its own privacy and sign-in practices apply. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request headers and other request metadata to deliver and protect the website. Technical logging uses sampling and redacts query strings in the configured application logs and traces. Browser-only birth details are not submitted to an application database. New analytics, accounts or payment services will be disclosed before activation.
8. Your controls and deletion
Open Preferences & device data to export saved charts/bookmarks or clear SudNadiAstro data from this browser. Individual charts can be removed from Saved Kundalis, with an undo action during the current view. Edit birth details explicitly and regenerate when you need to correct a chart. A communication already sent by email or WhatsApp is separate from local website data; for questions or requests about information you sent us, write to info@sudnadiastro.com.
9. Policy updates and contact
The date shown on this page identifies this policy version. New data storage, accounts, analytics or payment services will need an updated notice describing their actual behavior. No fixed correspondence-retention schedule or separate customer database is implemented by this website.
