Read your Kundali, one layer at a time

Start with inputs, coordinates and calculation settings before looking for an interpretation.

A chart begins with an instant

A birth chart represents calculated positions for a supplied instant and place. A date, a local clock time and a birthplace must first resolve to an unambiguous time reference. An unknown birth time is meaningful missing information. Entering noon merely to make the form work would turn an assumption into apparent evidence.

Coordinates come before conclusions

Read the planetary longitude, the chosen zodiac reference and the displayed precision together. Sidereal results need an ayanamsha definition. House labels require a house convention. Two applications can show different labels because their settings differ; compare the settings before treating a difference as a calculation error.

Traditional interpretation is another layer

A calculated position and its astrological meaning are different kinds of output. SudNadiAstro keeps provisional astronomical results visible while withholding final Nadi predictions until the owner’s method and reference comparisons are approved. A detailed-looking chart does not remove that review requirement.

A useful reading order

Check your input summary, then the method label, then the coordinate table. Note any uncertain birth-time or boundary labels. Only proceed to a particular event question when its rule status and evidence are available. Preserve the calculation configuration with any printed comparison so that a later reviewer can reproduce the same question.
